Your Fire Commission is seeking volunteers to serve for the Commission on various work groups of the Prince George’s County Fire/EMS Department.
Some work groups are considerably more active than others. That is not to say that any particular one is slow, but we know that General Orders, Safety, Apparatus Maintenance, Records Management Systems are among those that fairly active. We are looking for members who would like to actively serve on any of the listed work groups. Your assignment, while participating within the work group, would be to keep the Fire Commissioners constantly up to date with happenings of the group. For example, the General Orders work group would be the direct eyes and ears of the Commission, those individuals would be responsible to ensuring the Commissioners are briefed on progress, review and comment, as you would be directly representing the Commissioners.
